We, the members of The Association of Timeshare Sales Professionals-International (ATSPI) subscribe to this code of ethics, in recognition of the importance of our sales profession in affecting the quality of sales within the timeshare industry globally; and by accepting a personal commitment to our profession, its members and the communities we serve. We do hereby commit ourselves to the highest ethical and professional practices that serve the Timeshare market in the most efficient manner possible.


It is not only about us!

I acknowledge the below Obligations:

1. The Employer's Obligations to the Sales Professionals:

a. To enter into a fair, clearly worded, written Agreement which addresses the needs, concerns, expectations and objectives of both parties the Sales Professional and the Employer.
b. To refrain from modifying the terms of this agreement, except by mutual written consent following full discussion of the matter.
c. To recognize the Sales Professionals as an important element in the sales goals of the Employer.
d. To offer honest support and information on product knowledge and product expectations.
e. To support the Sales Professional's efforts by providing timely responses and appropriate sales materials.


2. The Sales Professional's Obligations to the Employer:


a. To comply with the Employer's terms and conditions of working conduct.
b. To conscientiously and to the best of your ability, represent the product and/or service for sale.
c. To eliminate any form of dishonesty or misrepresentation .
d. To establish relationships only with those Employers which will be well represented by the Sales Profession and timeshare industry.
e. To refrain from disclosing competing programs without the agreement of the Employer.
f. To constantly strive to add value to the relationship between the Employer and the Customers.


3. The Sales Professional's Obligations to the Prospect-Consumer-Client


a. To present what is not available to the public, and how to get it.
b. To conduct yourself in an honest manner to make sure that the clients get what they pay for.
c. To constantly strive to enhance the relationship between the Employer and the Customer.
d. To clearly and fairly communicate the needs of all parties in the sales process.
e. To honor the sales profession in any way.
f.  Not to be afraid to say that you sell "Timeshare" if you have/need to.


4. The Obligations of one Sales Professional to Another:

a. To enhance the honorability and value of the Timeshare Sales Profession.
b. To share ideas beneficial to the sales profession.
c. To refrain from soliciting, recruiting and hiring other Sales Professionals already working for other Employers.
d. To enhance the professional relationship among Sales Professionals, their Employers and the public by supporting ATSPI; and by subscribing to its Code of Ethics and principles. Work to advance the interests of all Timeshare Sales Professionals and their Employers in general.

As a member, I accept these obligations as a personal responsibility. I shall actively discharge these obligations and I dedicate myself to that end --to the best of my abilities.
